Baby girl had her first Halloween five years ago, and just two weeks ago, there we were again celebrating baby boy’s first Halloween! While big sister is a pro at trick-or-treating, baby boy had a fun time riding along in his stroller watching all the action. We went to a local shopping center this year, which has its pros and cons, but at least there was music for baby boy to dance along to as we went from store to store.
For baby boy’s first Halloween costume, we dressed him up as a little Yoda. Initially, we were all going to dress up as Star Wars characters, but we ran out of time to get our costumes together properly. However, his Yoda costume was super easy to get since I ordered it from Walmart.com. They carried it in stores too, but by the time I went to buy it most of the local stores were sold out. Luckily, I found it on the Walmart site and had it shipped for free to a store for store pickup.
Baby Yoda was a hit! Just about everyone pointed his way saying how cute he was. Something interesting that happened was that a few people – mostly kids and teenagers – mistakenly thought he was dressed as Shrek! Parents, really, you’ve got to educate your kids on the ways of Star Wars so that Yoda is not confused with Shrek!

Of course, baby girl looked awesome as well dressed as a Zombie Prom Queen. She had a great time sharing Halloween with her baby brother. I know that next year will be even more fun since he’ll be walking and talking. She’s already proclaimed she wants to dress as a ninja next year; we’ll have to see what costume we come up with for him!

How cute. Your daughter looks amazing. Baby boy is adorable! Looks like everyone had fun
Thanks so much! We did have fun.
OMG que bello esta ese bebe and your daughter rocked her costume! I had a hipster zombie (my teen), a broken doll (my 9-year old) and a very pretty ghost (my 6-year old). Very fun!
Oooh those are fun costumes! I enjoy Halloeen, but it goes by too quickly.
I have known the baby hallowween tips and these all points that you have suggested over here are really commendable. We all must have to follow these all steps if we are want to implement living style.
