Hi there! It’s great to have you join my family and I on our new journey. We’ve decided to expand our family! Yes, the husband and I are trying to conceive our second child. And, you get to share our experience with us – well, not quite – but, we’ll be talking about our trials and the pregnancy itself for you to read along.
All the Joy. All the Fears. All Over Again. That’s 40weeks Plus.
It’s been five years since I was pregnant and had my baby girl. And now I get to start all over again. The excitement of being pregnant, the worries that come along with a new baby, but now with the added layer of a future big sister. It’ll be much the same, yet oh so different.
I can honestly say we weren’t always sure if we’d have another baby. I think a lot of first-time parents go through that phase. But, as you’ll learn in the previous post, after some thought, we decided to have a second child.
I look forward to the day I can say, “Hey! I’m pregnant!” But until then, all the things that come along with it, should make for some good conversation.
